ELIGIBILITY
Outlined here, is all the information you need to know to determine your eligibility for our services.
Eligibility
Segment One

Student must be 14 years, 8 months old.

Student must have parent or guardian's permission to take the Segment One class.​

All residents age-out of the Graduated Driver's Licensing program at 18 years old.
Road Test

You must be at least 15 years old.

You must possess a Level 1 License for a minimum of 6 months.

You must have completed and recorded 50 hours of supervised driving, including 10 hours of night-driving.

Level 1 licenses expire at 18 years old.

If you are 18 years old or order, you must posses a Temporary Instruction Permit(TIP).

You must practice driving for at least 30 days, using the TIP.

Segment 2

Student must maintain a valid Level 1 License obtained from the Secretary of State's Office for at least 3 consecutive months without receiving a citation for a driving licensing violation.

While in possession of a Level 1 License, student must complete and record 30 hours, including at least two hours of night driving.

A Level 1 license is not a license to drive. Student must be accompanied by a licensed adult 21 or older.
